Overview:
Almost everyone agrees that “if you don’t know where you want to go, you can’t get there.” In this course participants learn how to develop a stakeholder-driven Strategic Plan that can establish and drive board decision-making. Additionally, almost everyone has been confronted by the truism “No money…no mission.”
This course reviews both the strategies and the tactics that are components of an effective fundraising program, i.e., how to get the money you need. Popular planning truisms also include the notion that “if they don’t know you, they can’t help you.” Accordingly, this course explores the communications concepts of marketing, and “branding.”
