If you care about the challenges surrounding the work of “Faith-Based Organizations” working in South Jersey, mark your calendar for Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 10 AM, for a one-hour Zoom session led by Reverend Floyd White. (This session replaces a similar session previously scheduled for June 18.)
This discussion will be the second in a series on the work of faith-based organizations in the region sponsored by the Non Profit Development Center of Southern New Jersey (NPDCSNJ) as the next steps in its multi-year effort to bring the region’s non profit organizations together to identify and address their shared challenges.
The 17 issue areas that are being addressed were identified by the 240 representatives of the region’s NPOs who participated in NPDCSNJ’s 2024 Non Profit Summit at Rowan University. All of the issues being addressed are part of a Regional NPO Needs Assessment that NPDCSNJ is undertaking through December 2025. This work is being led by NPDCSNJ board member Dr. Nathaniel Wright of the Rutgers-Camden Department of Policy and Public Administration.
